Your passengers never need an account

Handing a friend a legal declaration at the aircraft door is awkward. An email a few days before the flight is not.

  • Get an email as each passenger signs, and another when the document is ready.

What the cost sharing rules ask of you

Three of these rules are paperwork, and we handle them. The rest are judgement calls only you can make.

Direct costs only

Only fuel, oil, airfield charges and aircraft hire at the market rate can be shared. Annual costs such as insurance and maintenance cannot.

No passenger pays more than an equal share, so the pilot always pays at least theirs and can choose to pay more.

No more than six on board, the pilot included, or four on a LAPL(A) or NPPL(A).
